Discovering the breathtaking « Ria d’Etel »

Discover this inlet and go up the Etel Ria to explore Saint Cado island with its chapel, its stone bridge and its legend.

One can perceive the wild flora and fauna typical to the Ria and its oyster parks. Upon return take the time to savor the oysters as you face Etel’s famous sandbar.


QUIBERON

The Quiberon Peninsula starts at the Penthièvre Isthmus (or Neck). To the west you will find the harbour of Portivy followed by the famous rugged coastline.

At Port Maria you can embark for trips to the islands of Belle Ile, Houat and Hoëdic

To the east discover the Bay of Quiberon and Port Halligen. Across the water one can catch sight of Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer and Locmariaker, the entrance to the Golf of Morbihan.
Tourism on Carnac
Carnac is famous for its megalithic site which is on UNESCO’s heritage lists.


This is the largest megalithic site in the world and should be visited along with the Carnac alignments and the Manio Quadrangle and Giant.


The Prehistory Museum contains an impressive collection of archeological artifacts.
